About Noplag

Noplag is a cloud-based writing assistance application with plagiarism detection. It is suitable for students, educators, publishers, and other writing teams. Uploaded files are checked against billions of web pages, publication databases, private repositories, plus other sources. Noplag supports multiple format types including DOC, DOCX, RTF, HTML, PDF, and others. The application uses data encryption and an internal security process to prevent unauthorized access to private files.

Noplag offers an online editor, grammar checker, writing assistance templates, citation assistance, and plagiarism checker. Users can choose to exclude citations and references from plagiarism checks to limit results. The application provides source information for content that appears to be plagiarized. Additionally, users can use the citation assistant tool to add any missing citations based on content found within a file/document.

DO NOT USE! SCAM - Does not work, charges without approval

Pros:

Nothing, it does not work! Terrible customer service too. Their contact page is "under construction."

Cons:

We tried demoing this software a year ago, but we did not sign up for it because the demo DID NOT WORK. Even though we cancelled our membership within the cancellation window, we were charged for the service. Multiple requests to reverse the charge were completely ignored, but we did eventually receive a refund. Now, a year later, they've charged us AGAIN. Do not sign up for this service because it does not work and they'll continue to charge you!
