A nice surprise! CoverageBook positively impacted me.

    5

CoverageBook makes my life so much easier and also brings a more data-driven approach to my PR activities. It makes it easy to explain the success of campaigns and the results of press releases.

    Pros:
What I like the most about the CoverageBook is how easy it is to use and how fast it gathers the information. Apart from that, the fact that it is very visual and easy to personalize also makes a huge difference.
    Cons:
It is just a small detail that doesn't impact the overall usage of the program. It is that when you divide the clipping into section inside a book, there is just an overall statics and not per section. I think it would be great if they could also segment that.

    Reasons for choosing CoverageBook

I chose CoverageBook because of the affordable price, how easy it is to use and the personalization features.

    Super-slick and easy to use

    5

I'm on the basic plan (atm that's up to 100 pieces of coverage per month) and I can't believe how affordable it is. I have 8 books and love seeing the coverage stack up. It's also really impressed my clients,

    Pros:
It's so easy to use and manage. It prepares all your coverage and presents it beautifully and professionally. It saves literally HOURS of my time. I love that I can share a link with clients and it updates in real time.
    Cons:
So far, not much. Only slight issue is offline coverage and broadcast - you have to enter the metrics yourself, but once they're loaded and saved, you don't need to do it again.

    Reasons for choosing CoverageBook

It's the only software on the market that I could find with such a user-friendly interface, value for money and super-slick presentation.

This software saves us a ton of time when preparing clipping reports for clients, but also creates reports that look great. The support team is quick to respond, and has satisfactorily helped our team resolve issues on several occasions

    Cons:
Occasional errors with clipping and screen grabbing, but minor and usually easily resolved with manual uploading or re-clipping.

Sleek and Intuitive this is a HUGE timesaver

    5

Coverage book is surprisingly simple to use and once you get the basic process of adding coverage you can spend a fair amount of time tweaking the formatting and appearance to appeal to a variety of clients. By far the single biggest benefit of this software is the incredible amount of time it saves you, and that it creates a final product which looks like it took a fair amount of time. You don't just want a summary of coverage, you want it to look nice. The ability to refresh statistics at a later date helps to keep old reports relevant, and the fact that you can add offline coverage seamlessly to your report solves a big problem. The one-click toolbar makes things even easier. The ability to change fonts or choose from several analytics to automatically load would be nice. It would also be nice if there was a way to block ads during the screen-grab process.

    Awesome solution!

    5

When one of our clients asked for a complete coverage report for 2015, I saw myself spending the next 2 weeks, 24/7, searching for press clippings and links. I thought "That's insane. There must be a better way." And there is! The video overview at Coveragebook.com is spot on, and the software is, simply put, amazing. It's rare that a product or software works immediately like you would hope it does, but Coveragebook does exactly that. I love that it takes data from Similarweb and gives an indication of how many people actually see the coverage of online reviews. You will still have to input circulation numbers of print coverage manually, but since print is becoming less and less important (at least in the industry that I work in), this may not be an issue in the long run. Seeing the beautiful coverage book that I created for my client made me feel like a kick-a** PR manager!

The reports it produces look professional and the top sheet with headline total figures is great. It's also flexible in that you can pause your plan and restart it when you need it, great for producing reports for specific events or at specific times of year without having to pay for it every month.
    Cons:
I haven't found any negatives yet using Coveragebook.
