"From the executive level I depend on our team to oversee the software is being properly implemented and utilized at the sites. Since I don't use it day to day it makes it harder to maneuver but this would be a comment for any platform we use."
"Not dynamic - doesn’t integrate with other software and it’s tough to find data once in the system. "
"The initial setup and customization process can be clunky and very time consuming."
