- Signed up for the monthly option to try it out for a month and was told that it could only be cancelled after 3 months? Unless I'm missing it this isn't listed on their pricing page https://www.amberscript.com/en/pricing/
- The right tool: a large multilingual audio file (English and French) was transcribed into text with time codes - very good results.
- Secondly, the pricing structure is unclear and WAY too expensive for what it is. And my favorite part - when I reached out to support because I panicked when I saw what was charged to my account, they were VERY rude and antagonizing rather than just explaining to me why I was charged that amount and trying to keep me as a customer.
