Amberscript vs Sonix : Which is best for you?

Simple interface, fast translation and decent editor are great.

Signed up for the monthly option to try it out for a month and was told that it could only be cancelled after 3 months? Unless I'm missing it this isn't listed on their pricing page https://www.amberscript.com/en/pricing/

The interface is very user friendly and I like that you can download an entire folder insted of donwloading each transcript individually.

Secondly, the pricing structure is unclear and WAY too expensive for what it is. And my favorite part - when I reached out to support because I panicked when I saw what was charged to my account, they were VERY rude and antagonizing rather than just explaining to me why I was charged that amount and trying to keep me as a customer.
