Descript vs Sonix : Which is best for you?

I appreciate how you can upload a full video on the descipt platform and it takes the best video clips for you.

It does not accurately show the video in the timeline (so it is not synced with the audio, making edits almost impossible).

The interface is very user friendly and I like that you can download an entire folder insted of donwloading each transcript individually.

Secondly, the pricing structure is unclear and WAY too expensive for what it is. And my favorite part - when I reached out to support because I panicked when I saw what was charged to my account, they were VERY rude and antagonizing rather than just explaining to me why I was charged that amount and trying to keep me as a customer.
