Cons:

They are very professional, friendly and supportive. I have over the years work for many different companies and I definitely prefer working for them.

Cons:

Sometimes it’s an issue that we are in different time zones but we work it out and there is never a lack of support from their side.

Great tool for translators and business owner!

I have used it with my team to manage different projects for many clients, languages, and requirements, and we have always enjoyed the process. The AI features add a little something that makes it fun and interesting to use. In addition, theyr customer support is really good! I've always got answers to my questions, and they are very kind and quick to reply.

I like that Bureau Works lets you organize your work based on different aspects and classifications. Also, it seamlessly integrates AI, and its smells feature is a 10! Also, it has a very affordable price and a nice free tier to start playing with it!

Cons:

The system definitely has a learning curve. However, once you learn the logic behind it, you can use it seamlessly!

Bureau was the first tool I started working with

When I launched my LSP, Bureau was the first tool I started working with. At first, it wasn’t easy—I was still learning the ropes, and adapting took some time. But from day one, their team was incredibly supportive. They patiently answered every question, no matter how small, and were always there when I needed help. What truly made the difference for me was their openness to the rare and underrepresented languages we work with. Not every platform is willing to go that extra mile—and Bureau did. That kind of commitment is invaluable when you're building something from the ground up.

Great customer support. The support team responded excellently to one correction that needed attention on the platform of the BW Community. They took the time to double-check the issue and direct me to the right team to handle it. I appreciate the promptness, the patience, the willingness to improve, the communication and the positive approach to problem solving. A great platform is great because of people too, not only for its features.
