Pros:

Their penetration testing is best in class by leveraging bug bounty. The findings are always very qualitative.

Cons:

The initial price is quite big for a small company.

Must have Bug Bounty program

Setting up the Bung Bounty Program was super easy. Within a couple of weeks we had the first, very detailed, submissions of their researchers. With Intigriti's researchers continuously looking for bugs and vulnerabilities we feel very assured that everything is as secure as possible. More importantly it will help us protect our customers data.

Pros:

The support, from setting everything up to triaging and direct feedback. They respond fast, are pro-active and their software is super easy to use.

Cons:

Nothing really. The only thing we might wish for is an integration with our planning tool Shortcut, but that would just be a bonus add-on.

Pros:

I like the best thing about, Intigriti is their clean UI that makes reporting easy. Also nowadays, Intigriti is implementing a new feature that will provide bug hunters a payout on the basis of ours like pen-testing. One more feature that I like about Intigriti is to adding collaborators in the report is so nice.

Cons:

I know that Intigriti is doing their best to make the Intigriti platform the best among its competiors. But, If Intigriti can make features like disclosing fixed reports with other users would be great.

Pros:

The researchers that Intigriti attracts are very competent.They were able to find vulnerabilities which regular pentests were unable to find.Very competent support teams, good triaging / validation of the findings

Cons:

(this is relevant for all bug bounty programs) : one is dependent on the number and quality of researchers that are interested in your program.One also doesn't get assurance that all parts of the solution are tested equally.

Pros:

Great network of security researchers. Overall it feels like Intigriti cares a lot about the quality and the actual success of their customers.

Cons:

No Google SSO or 2FA. Would be great if you could get some form of coverage reports despite a researcher doesn't find any exploits. Would be valuable to get some insights into what they have tried to do.
