"TPS takes care of all our needs with invoicing, time tracking, workflow due date tracking, employee time management, and billing. When we need customer support they are readily available with great willing attitudes and follow through."
"There is a forum that helps answer frequently asked questions and if the answer is not there, the team is great at helping you get your needs met in a timely manner."

"Adding new client addresses it always asks for 'State' and 'Zip Code' - this is supposed to be a Canadian product, in a Canadian market - how hard would it be to include 'Province' and 'Postal Code' - even the saddest, most pathetic American websites know enough to ask a Canadian for their province."
"Also, not aware of any reports that tie to workflow, hard to tell our staffing, or assessment against budget by WF."
