"When we used this platform for a client, the platform required testers to download a screen recorder. While this is common in the user testing industry, I still don't like it. But they recently rolled out a major enhancement to have an in-browser recorder!"
"Only downside is that we find the pricing structures and minimum spends required slightly more convoluted than other alternatives, and the fact that unused credits expire if not used in the window of time is off putting. "
