"Using Chargebee has never been completely positive, but cancelling Chargebee is an extremely unpleasant experience. When it was finally time to cancel our monthly subscription to Chargebee, we cancelled our subscription well in advance of the next renewal, and we were still RENEWED FOR ANOTHER MONTH AFTER CANCELLATION."
"We are constantly editing subscriptions and it's quite burdensome. If you run a filter on a particular screen and click on a link, it erases the filter. While this software seems to be more efficient from a reporting perspective, it's much more burdensome for the employees doing the actual work. "
