The ability to identify unknown callers is such an amazing feature. It also prevents spam callers and protects against scammers. Easy to use and the free version does everything I need.

Cons:

You have to give them access to contacts and phone call history which can be concerning.

The most thing is that pop up messages that tells you how is calling you and easy to block the unwanted numbers and spams and even tells you the spam or reported numbers

This is the best software for identifying unknown calls because it also detects spams.What I like about Truecaller more is that it is less expensive and shows all the information about the caller which includes location. I would highly recommend this software because it makes it easier even to store some contacts that you may have los.

Cons:

Cons could be that when you have ran out of data you won't be able to know unknown callers details.

it shows the caller identity to know who is calling you and the statues of one of numbers that you have to help you to know if this person available or busy and to find the name of any one you called and you forgot to save his name on your phone

the way of forcing you to subscribe in there bundles to get full access on the app also if anyone saved you with an annoying name you can't change it without making account

Pros:

Truecaller has many great features and uses, but what I love most about it is that it reveals the real person owning the sim card before you pick up a call or save that phone number into your phone book. Sometimes it is embarrassing that after being with someone for some time, you ask them their name to save it in your phone book. With Truecaller, the name of the contact will be accurately displayed when you finish typing their number. You just accept it and it will be saved. This is a great feature that saves time and prevents embarrassment.

Cons:

The app in itself has no reportable bugs. I am using it without issues.
