Pros:

Os recursos do software são essenciais para a manutenção da conformidade com o PCI DSS, é fácil de usar e a integração com nossos processos de negócios são fáceis, desde que se tenha o suporte do time, o que facilita tal integração.

Cons:

Por sermos certificados PCI DSS, sentimos falta de um report técnico que esteja em conformidade com os requisitos aplicáveis. A cada mudança no produto, há a possibilidade de usar uma versão beta, que muitas vezes, acaba atrapalhando o bom andamento dos processos, por apresentar alguns bugs, mas nada que o time não resolva, ao efetuarmos as reclamações. Sentimos falta de uma solução de análise estática como o Veracode ou o CheckMarx.
