Chief Architect vs RoomSketcher: Which is best for you?

I love that I can use one-floor plan to create everything I need to provide to the customers, the foreman, the trades, and the designers to be able to have concepts come to light.

While the user experience is generally excellent, a few key improvements to the furniture library's breadth and the color-editing functionality would elevate it from great to truly exceptional.

There a few common furniture pieces that are unavailable in the furniture library. And you're unable to change the color of the furniture while placing them into the floorplan unless you publish in 3D view.
