"When first using the trial and becoming familiar with design flex, having the old jargon and new jargon mixed was a little confusing, and finding the right resources and videos that applied to the most recent versions so I didn't waste my time and energy was also frustrating."
"I hate that I cannot have the catalogs that I have it before, as the furniture, appliances, the cabinets companies, before was easy to get but now some doesn't works and I need it, but your team doesn't care much, the help is not much when you have question and I don't have time to see videos to research how to do something that I already have it on my setup."
