It produces videos as advertised, but with pronunciation errors of some words if you create content in other languages. In addition, the videos generated always have an American context and no video content is contextualized with the selected language other than English. Example: I talked about law in Brazil and an American law book appears, not the Brazilian constitution. The law firm presented has the US flag, not one free of American identity and without flags. These are videos already created and organized by the platform's AI that are somehow well made if you only need to create content for the US.

I purchased an annual subscription because it promised to be able to create videos from texts in Brazilian Portuguese, but some words are not pronounced well. When I needed support to find out how to get around this problem and other questions, I couldn't get any answers or solutions. I just wanted to thank you for my patience. Terrible service and disregard for the paying customer. After all, if I bought a service, I paid to be served and to be able to use the resources, not to have patience.

VideoGen’s AI video generation is very poor. The tool repeatedly reused the same images to pad out videos, produced inconsistent quality, and generated clips that were often completely irrelevant to the prompt.

Good marketing on their website, which makes them seem like a great product at face value.

It was really difficult to use. Perhaps if you are a professional video editor, this too can work for you. But for anyone with less experience, or anyone you is trying to create social media content for themselves, this product is very difficult to use.

NOTHING. yes it might be easy, but lots of platforms are. what matters is the quality and saving time which is not actually something you get with this platform. Very bad experience with the customer support which they could have prevented it by being more considerate and understanding. but all they care about is money and not growth.

We were trying different platforms to see what is best feasible for our business. Then we discovered this platform and thought it was a good idea to subscribe to test it. Since they do not have a trial period, we paid for the yearly since its cheaper. then after going into more details, we found that this platform is not as good or effective as we thought. Very bad AI, definetely not smart, artwork is repetitive for most videos and not related to the created content and it is so hard sometimes to find a good photo or video for the content we had. AND everytime you close the video and comeback to the same one to finish editing, you have to regenerate it (its not saved) so they will deduct credits from your account again and again. Which wasted a lot of our time and didn't give us the quality we need. ON TOP OF ALL, when we requested to cancel, only after 3 days, the company was very strict that we wont get any refund, even though we are not going to use the platform and we already did cancel from the platform. Thats a very bad way to do business, so stay away from this platform. Our money is gone but the word of mouth stays and its already obvious from the bad reviews on this platform. so enjoy our money that comes with the reviews you deserve.

Nothing I like on this website. They advertise their services well.

I don't like their Customer service. They don't consider their customers. and they charged overprice even you don't use their services.
