About Auto Repair Bill

Auto Repair Bill is a cloud-based automotive solution for individual mechanics and small automobile repair shops. The platform helps mechanics to service requests, manage orders, schedule jobs and generate invoices for accomplished jobs. Key features include customer and vehicle information recording, Google calendar integration, sales tracking, finance management and more.

Auto Repair Bill provides users with an operation and billing dashboard that provides information about ongoing and pending jobs, service assignments and business workflows. The solution allows shop owners to send job estimates and quotes to their customers via email. A local repository feature allows businesses to store and back up service documents on local systems.

The solution partners with PayPal to process online payments and also integrates with third-party applications such as QuickBooks and Sage 50 for managing accounting needs. Auto Repair Bill also offers an Android mobile app that enables mobile mechanics to track orders and view activities remotely. It is available on a monthly subscription plan that includes customer support via email.

-Love this program. It is easy for all of our employees to use with ease and that is the main reason we continue to use it. -It has improved since we first started to use it -It allows you store all clients information
Cons:
-I would like to make the companies invoices a little more personal -I’ve had a problem with a discrepancy with the software not being consistent in a penny off for the parts total and Grand total. Was told not to use chrome, whether using chrome or not, we have many invoices throughout the month with a penny difference in the two totals. -It takes forever for someone to get back to you when you are experiencing a problem with the software

Auto Repair Bill has and overall good infrastructure yet too many glitches that are never fixed

The software worked well in the early stages of our business however we quickly got tired of all the bugs and outgrew it as our business expanded and we needed a more professional shop management software

I used Auto Repair Bill because it was affordable and relatively easy to use. I liked that it linked PayPal for letting clients send payments. Overall the format is good. I like that it sent payment reminders.
Cons:
That it was too hard to download your client database, that they said they integrated with Quickbooks, but it never worked and when you reported a problem with the software, they just emailed you back saying "We're working on it", but nothing ever got fixed. Many glitches and bugs.

First thing first, it saves me a lot of time by using software instead doing in all manually. keeping my invoices in right order and having everything ready in seconds makes this software awesome for anyone.
Cons:
just like any other software this one does have few bugs from time, but dont worry behind the software you get awesome customer service that can help you with any issues that you might be facing. they are very fast responsive to any issue that you may experience.

generally well rounded auto shop software

we like this in our shop, there are 6 of us here and we can all use the app at the same time, on our mobiles for clocking in and out, and we can work on our individual jobs and our rep looks after the invoices and bookings, keeping us up to date in the shop or on call outs. they just added a feature to digitally sign off a REpair Order with the mobile app, save printing and paper costs and we can still keep the signed ROs on the cloud app, this is actually very cool the way it's done!
