Simple for non profi. Ki help. Fast update of changes i do.

Cons:

Button profile delete is too close to others. In mobile version I'm scare to reach it without my intention.

Reasons for choosing Webador

I need a website, that would inform my customers about the playground. Webador offered me the options I need and the simple option to create it onmy own. Mobile-version is adapted automatically- wonderful.

Customer support only reply standard answer without proper explanations.

I start creating a website giving the opportunity to end users to upload file to my website, upon activating the website after multiples hours of work, the file upload did not work. Contact customer support for them to let me know that only few type of file are allowed. I then try to start a conversation with them asking why they could not allowed my requested file type and the lady in customer support could not and would not give me a proper answer as to why. She simply kept answering me "we do not allowed this type of file at this time." Asking why was not answered, asking reasonable questions to try to understand was totally ignore and I got back that these type of files were not allowed. All of that occurs over a weekend which tell me that the issue was not even escalate to the proper channel, but was only given the usual type of response they would give to anybody who contact them, without even discussing-it with their technical resources in the first place. Contact customer support or not would not give you end user experience expected, but would rather leave you cold and frustrated.

Easy to create professional looking website, as long as your website remain pretty standard, you should be fine, but don't deviate from standard establish because you will find soon enough that they don't actually care.

Cons:

Customer support can hardly be describe as customer support. Their replay are quite generic and do not show any sign of intelligence. It is probably attended by an old woman who has no idea what a website could or could not do. If you receive a reply from Radiana Todorova, then don't even bother escalating the problem further because she will keep on answering you the same warm-up reply. "We cannot do it at this time"

It's super easy to use and I don't actually need to know web programming to design my website.

Cons:

There is nothing that I dislike about Webador. If you're looking for an area of improvement, maybe more affordable for a global audience, different currency pricing for different regions.

Reasons for switching to Webador

I was having difficulty adding a logo as I was having a headache trying to figure out how to convert my image on Wix since my picture was not a vector image.

Got restricted without enough notice

Very disappointed. This is my non-profit websites where all of our informative is on and how to donate. Paid every month for it, including their lame international fee.

Got restricted/canceled without enough notice after i was just told a day prior that it will happen and out of spite since i complained about their customer services not getting back to me but after 7+ day and moving my websites over. Unbelievably pathetic.

Poor Functionality. Horrible Customer Service

Terrible. Videos randomly stop playing for no reason whatsoever. Customer service is absolutely useless.

Not impressed with them

Not impressed with their customer support and their designs look like something from the early 2000’s. The inability to do drop down menus and and more professional design made me change companies

The product was very easy to use and set up and domain purchase was quick and simple. Greg and drop was easy and intuitive as well.

Cons:

Very dated lay out and l could never get my tittle lbs and borders to line up properly. The lack of templates were disappointing as well compared to other companies out there for the price they charge

It may work for someone else but not for me

The fact that Webador offers so few customization choices has made using it frustrating for me.It simply is not functional enough for me to build up a print-on-demand business or drop shipping company.

I am currently using Webador and have been paying a discounted subscription for 3 months, I am not comfortable with it at all. I seem to still not understand it though is supposed to be one of the easiest programs out there. I haven't actually found where I can actually connect my store to a drop shipping company. It may just be me, but in my opinion, it's not the best software out there.

Cons:

It can be frustrating since Webador offers few customization possibilities. The e-commerce tools are not accommodating to my liking .
