"Although certain aspects of the interface are somewhat antiquated and some of the features such as Search etc, take a bit of time to get used to. And there is an occasional lag during peak times of the day when I’m trying to push through rapid fire updates."
"Sometimes the interface seems a bit dated and could do with some better navigation such as when I want to go back and forth between two sections or browse through past documents."
"So, to link the same e-mail in different organisations, Diligent required the user approval and that the user informed the organisations which he/she had the e-mail registered. As this information is pointless for the person that is implementing the platform (me) and for confidentiality matters this same person should never had the information, I understand Diligent should check this information by itself or exclude this requirement, keeping only the user's formal approval for linking the e-mails."
