"Although certain aspects of the interface are somewhat antiquated and some of the features such as Search etc, take a bit of time to get used to. And there is an occasional lag during peak times of the day when I’m trying to push through rapid fire updates."
"Sometimes the interface seems a bit dated and could do with some better navigation such as when I want to go back and forth between two sections or browse through past documents."
"I also hate dealing with the board member who won’t enable two factor authentication (2FA), it creates so much hassle in trying to resolve their issues."
