Pros:

The web browser's search feature returns relevant results quickly. A variety of add-ons and plugins are readily available for download. The setting, colour scheme, etc., are all adjustable. Incognito mode is for you if you want a more discrete web experience.

Cons:

You can only talk about issues with the Chromium team on forums, and there is no conventional way to contact them. The browser doesn't have the standard codecs. There is currently a lack of access to plug-in , and it not being automatically updated necessitates user intervention.

Easy, Clean Browser

If you are looking for a simple way to run a search, Chromium is the browser for you. I enjoy how clean and simple it is. When I want a simplified, organized, to the point browser that won't bog me down with extensions, features, and forty-six other buttons on the search bar, I open Chromium.

Pros:

Chromium's best feature is its simplicity. Everything that is essential in a browser is available and easily used in Chromium. I really enjoy how accessible Chromium is on every device, even a SMART Board! Nothing flashy or fancy is done through Chromium, but that's just the point. This is a no-frills, easy and clean browser that can be picked up by all users on any device and it works very well.

Cons:

It seems a little contrary to say that the simplicity of Chromium is also its weakness, but it would be nice to have some more customization options or installable extensions, etc. A very minor complaint, but a few additional features would be nice.

Reasons for switching to Chromium

I just wanted a simpler browser that wouldn't overwhelm anyone.

The browser with the most privacy and the most frequent update

But Google Chromium brings me numerous relevant experiences the ease of logging into my account and accessing various services, be it gmail, one drive, all in one place, this makes my day a lot easier, being much more productive.

With the Google chrome browser I can search for everything I want in a matter of seconds, as it is very easy to use and the cost is very cheap, making everyone have access to this browser whether on a cell phone, computer, and with different search methods.

Cons:

The cons of the Cromos browser that despite being fast, is one of the main responsible for consuming your computer's RAM memory, especially when we open several windows at the same time, so it becomes slower and even errors appear on older computers.

I evaluated that with Chromium it is updated more frequently than other browsers and due to the privacy issue offered in this browser that others do not have.

Chromium won't let you down

I am using Chromium on a daily basis to surf the internet, manage passwords, and use extensions seamlessly for my work needs. It is a great browser in my opinion which can be safely used for personal and professional needs. I love the fact that it neither tracks the browsing history nor shares it further which is a blessing for privacy lovers like me. It has given me a satisfactory browsing experience and I think that it would be a great alternative to any browser.

chromium is a good, reliable, and secure browser that comes with a variety of features. It is a clean interface and comes with an array of extensions to choose from. It is a simple to use, lightweight browser which comes with decent security features. It does not track the browsing history which is why I like it the most.

Cons:

Chromium is a good browser that comes with an array of features and frequent updates which is a good thing in my opinion. The only thing that bugs me about Chromium is the fact that these frequent updates are needed to be installed manually.

Chomium the "un-googled" Chrome alternative, mostly.

Software functions as one would expect for a high end web browser. You have full access to the google web store for your addons and themes. The quick and functional browser gives a solid alternative to firefox.

I love that it is based on the chrome standard so most all websites load quickly and properly.

Cons:

I don't like the fact that google is still involved in the software package development. Google is hard if not impossible to trust with our personal data and this is yet another way they seem to get some info from you even if you don't want them to.

Firefox is becoming less and less trustworthy, no different than Chromium I suppose but I have also had problems of late with firefox properly rendering some sites and with certain addons.

An average browser when compared with the Big brands.

Overall its a light-weight version and can be used for basic browsing. It is an open source and the community is good enough. We have the options to restrict data, clear cache and cookies, and manage history and downloads.

The search engine is fast and it gives accurate results. We can download extensions and plugins. We can change the theme, background, etc. The incognito mode is helpful when browsing privately.

Cons:

The software is slow when compared with Google Chrome. It lacks many features and customization options. The browsing speed is also a bit on the slower side. There are privacy and security issues too.
