"While the platform is robust, there are occasional customization options could be expanded to better fit unique studio needs like creating tags, adding multiple items into a membership/ product offerings, and additional gamification options."

How quickly they were churning out improvements in the client-facing app (year in review was awesome), the business app and their transparency of their product roadmap and allowing clients (studios) to vote and give their opinion on the level of importance to items in the roadmap for their needs."
