  • InfoFlo allows me to add only the modules I need, such as advanced tasks, permissions, invoicing, and document management, making everything more personalized and preventing the system from feeling overwhelming or too cumbersome for my team, because we only activate what we actually use.
  • Simple tasks, like assigning a sales rep to an account is not available. When we ask to add the feature we are told it will cost thousands of dollars and will take months as they do not have the "manpower" to get it done.

  • My Junna is a must have tool for a care management practice and this along with their great customer service makes them the best in the business.
  • You need to be careful not to add "relatives" of other clients to a current clients information in many areas (attached to chart, etc.) and it does not populate documentation into the facesheet automatically from when clients sign your intake form. And the inability to update your forms with edits as you please, and with a charge for each page has been difficult.
