Every time I scroll down on the inspection page and go to type in mileage it auto scrolls back up to the top of the page and it repeats this twice for some reason?

The binders are not user friendly, you cannot drag and drop files in and out of the folders. If this was set up with the same flexibility as the file explorer on your desktop we would use this to store all our safety documents.
