"We have used the software for years and the only reason we kept it is because it was the first software we ever used. But it breaks down constantly, hasn't been updated in YEARS, doesn't work on apple, no app, no easy way to send payments, no one can ever sign the contracts, looks super bad from the customers standpoint and probably the worst software my business uses by a mile!"
"it was just so outdated and was not the best for a good CSR tool i really couldn't track task, visits, visual of set goals by user or company overall."
