It was great in the beginning with Engineering access for features or issues. Over the last few years, that has gone away and our initial technical issues still remain. These type of disruptions have us considering a future platform shift.

Ease of use and self service with family tax document preparation.

Cons:

Check-in/out with teachers has been a problem since day 1. Messaging on the platform is lacking badly. Lately we've had families say they cannot connect or keep receiving a spinning wheel when attempting to check-in/out their children.

This app helps you manage your children's health and safety. I think it's good to be able to manage your child's growth, height and weight, and check their location. I think it's good that if you register various medical information, you can easily share it with medical professionals.

Cons:

Sometimes I feel like the sleep pattern tracking feature doesn't quite work. Also, since it involves writing down a lot of information by hand, it doesn't seem to be completely professional.

I am finding ChildPilot excellent! Can’t fault anything but the odd days it has its issues with loading but like I say that is very minor. It’s a keeper for our school.

Really like how everything is in one place and it’s very easy to navigate. It’s very easy to reach out to parents, teachers, staff. We have had positive feedback from parents & caregivers also which is fantastic.
