Good Services and Support , Dashboards are decent , Cloud Trail is nice

Cons:

People sometimes do not answer day over day , even on mor urgent issues

The ability to create insightful dashboards on cloud expenses.

Cons:

For budget and attribution analytics you get errors about infrastructure not working from time to time.

Che - Propel - DoIt - initial impressions review

a mostly positive, the key person can be more engaging and proactive in communication... kind of disappeared after the contract was signed, and slow to respond on Slack

fairly straight forward to use, initially you cannot do much anyways

Cons:

slow and takes time to get insights into savings right away, reporting system UI with filtering is not that great

Cost-effective cloud with great customer support

Overall we have been very satisfied; we don't often need customer support, as we have our own DevOps team, but when we do need it, it's available promptly.

Pros:

DoiT provides a valuable service that not only costs us nothing, but actually saves us money. They promptly respond to our queries, and proactively notify us about infrastructure problems, and they provide us dashboards and metrics to monitor our services and spending.

Cons:

There isn't much to dislike. An API to export spending information would be valuable to enable us to create combined reports, so maybe that's something they can implement in the future.
