Ironclad vs PandaDoc: Which is best for you?

It allows me to follow the detailed steps of the process and keep all contracts securely stored so that when I need previous contracts, they're easy to find.

Document editing & version If documents need serious redlining or PDF-to-Word edits, the workflow can be clunky especially when you are downloading/uploading outside of the system.

It also has a document manager function that help me to keep all my forms organized in one place making it easy to identify which forms are still yet to be signed.

There are a lot of layout options for PandaDoc, but it doesn’t have ultimate freedom with layout and design so for some of our documents as we tailor them for customers I feel like I have to find workarounds.
