    This could be a great tool for writing parking citations with minor fixes. At first they were very helpful, now we wait months to get bug fixes.

    Web based, can access from any device. The ability to add photos to case.
    Cons:
    To many screens to complete simple citation. When updates are done it changes things we did not ask to be changed and takes forever to get it reversed.

    The fetch with vehicles works most of the time. The option to open more than one case at a time.
    Cons:
    The custom billing headers. They are visible when you generate a bill to print. When you visit the case later the header is missing. Between Agency's items are not in the same place.
