"AirSend has a simple layout that makes it easy to determine the location of files within group chats."
"More features could be implemented such as dark mode, 2FA, multi-cloud integration to expand the storage limits, web hooks etc."
"I like that I get an email notification when I get mentioned in a message so that I know what is happening."

"If many messages are sent within a thread, it can be hard to see all the past messages. When new people join the message group, this notification shows up in the same place as the messages within the group which can be distracting."
