- It has a few kinks but once you figure out how to properly use Logikcull it is the best program we have used for document and discovery management.
- Overall this program has been extremely helpful to our small firm--both in saving time and allowing us to produce a more professional, streamlined product during discovery. While the software does take some time to learn (especially for those with little to no experience in document review) their customer support is always willing to help solve a specific problem or provide additional education in use and utility of the software.

- Every other case management system that I'm aware of has what I'd call a "matter balance report" this report lets you see everything that you need to know in one place and in my view is absolutely essential for the smooth running of a law firm. Whilst we've been offered a report via Power BI, this is extremely complicated to use, doesn't reflect true office figures and is just not good enough.
