- Hubspot is helpful for building workflows, email management, and as a CRM. But the limitations were too many for managing all our marketing activities within the Hubspot Marketing Hub.
- The high onboarding costs and high upgrade costs are not good value to our 50-person company and the customer service usually only directs you to some generic articles rather than a technical support team.
- The IFTTT for the flow is a little tricky and importing data to automate that wasn't accessible for our account level. But it gave us a decent starting point to build out the tool as we intended.
