IDEXX Neo vs DaySmart Vet: Which is best for you?

I enjoyed using IDEXX Neo because designed to be user-friendly.

Recently we found out the Card connect that is intgrated with Neo and recommended by Idexx had been charging us between 40-69 dollars every month since March of 2023. despite the fact that we were told everything had been cancelled.

DaySmart Vet provides all of the critical features that veterinary software needs to make day to day appointments run smoothly, for a fraction of the cost of other programs.

We've also run into a few minor customization issues, such as trouble sending text reminders for surgery appointments since the appointment time is required in the message, or the appointment configuration not letting us change the default to exclude the invoice document.
