DocTract vs PMAM HCM: Which is best for you?

We have found since changing over that it was easy because the two systems were quite similar, however Doc Tract has a far more advanced search ability for content in the policies, we've had amazing customer support through the process of setting up, training us, and a friendly check in on how we are doing.

There are a lot of options in the menu tab that are not intuitive, and regular customer support has been necessary to learn all the different features of the product.

Their online zoom calendar allows us to schedule a quick 20 min zoom call, allowing me to share screen and get right to the issue quickly.

My only minor criticism is the brief delays in new control windows opening or pages refreshing.
