I wish the report module was a bit more flexible. While the standard reports cover 95% of our needs, creating a highly custom, one-off report can be a bit clunky and requires exporting data to Excel.

I also like in the inventory search everything populates as you start your word search.

We never got to use the service properly because our customer's plane has taken 9+ weeks to be onboarded, including uploading our customer's aircraft to the wrong tail/serial number with no one catching the mistake.
