ProPricer vs Smartpricing: Which is best for you?

Their customer service is OUTSTANDING - they worked with us to help ascertain what the data sources SHOULD be - the formats required, and then went through multiple iterations of a 'proof of concept' for different departments (one for the quoting/costing team, and one for the program management/business development team).

For my Company specifically, the only issue that I have is that I need to utilize the IT department for updating and maintaining the server and database.

It helps me to gain time to to other important activities without being penalized with algorithms due to the fact of continuing changing prices over time to maximize my revenues!

The contract is technically ok until it's not, you know like 99% of services online, are contract monthly, so you indeed pay monthly, however Smartpricing has a 13-month contract, and if you don't pay for a month, for example, January, the contract continues charging you for following months march, april, it keeps charging you, meaning YOU keep throwing money every month to them, however you do not get the service, they banned regardless of the payments you are doing monthly, until you pay the whole thing, unbelievably undignified, atrocious, this is greed, this is just the worst you can do to your customer, please be careful of this evil company.
