PetPocketbook vs Scout: Which is best for you?

PetPocketbook's team has been WONDERFUL about providing guidance and answers to all of my questions during the learning phase, and I appreciate knowing that any questions I have will be answered by someone who genuinely wants to support my business ownership journey.

I do not like that when a pet sitter approves services that it is not sent to me in an email or an easier way to see that it has been handled. When it is pending there are gold squares on the calendar. But once approved by a pet sitter, I have to look at all the ones that I approved and it takes a lot to see other approvals.

It was designed primarily for walk services so there are a few odd things about overnight bookings, but it lets me manage my business at my own pace which is really awesome.

He has never owned a pet sitting business and is missing the subtle nuances that could make this product great and is NOT open to making the product better or making his clients happy.
