It’s streamlined a lot of our day-to-day operations by automating data syncs like orders, inventory, and customer info. While there were some challenges during the initial setup, the ongoing support has been reliable and responsive.

With previous providers, we relied on custom hard-code that was not visible to us and had issues due to that lack of transparency, whereas APPSeCONNECT shows all the code and drag/drop logic flows directly in the portal, which can be viewed or edited at any point.

It seamlessly integrates our inventory from WooCommerce to QuickBooks Enterprise.

Due to these continuous problems we tweaked how we used the tool which led to a decision to downgrade our subscription.
