CINC vs Property Shell: Which is best for you?

This is probably a bad moment in time for me to complete this review because in order for me to renew my annual contract next month, I will either have to pay another price increase to get the same exact features and service, or I will have to reduce my current package level in order to keep my old pricing.

Information is easy to find, integrations with Outlook and other external platforms work smoothly, and the reporting tools are extensive and mostly easy to use.

Having previously used a CRM which was not built for Projects (highly frustrating), and a CRM which was built for Projects and totally customisable for your company (as in, every single thing needed to be set up from scratch before the system was even usable - ie difficult, lots of work, frustrating and inefficient unless you had a dedicated staff member working on it 5 days a week), Property Shell is an absolute dream compared to those!
