VisionVPM vs DaySmart Vet: Which is best for you?

When i first started using Vision, over 10 years ago, the customer service was easy to access with a quick phone call at any time of the day but over time it got harder to get someone on the phone and it's common to have to leave an email and wait for someone to get back to you.

There are some ways in which the product isn't very intuitive (no directs links from some windows to others).

DaySmart Vet provides all of the critical features that veterinary software needs to make day to day appointments run smoothly, for a fraction of the cost of other programs.

We've also run into a few minor customization issues, such as trouble sending text reminders for surgery appointments since the appointment time is required in the message, or the appointment configuration not letting us change the default to exclude the invoice document.
