I encountered a limitation in the risk assessment in that one cannot transfer the whole step if he/she feels uncomfortable and it means starting again the form. If one of the team members was unavailable, the assessment remained frozen until we resumed it.

The pre-use inspections form is so easy - our technicians readily use it and love it. As the system admin, it has saved me time and effort to stay on top of so many vital aspects of our safety program.
