First instance of failed remeption happened before the christmas break where after cashing in a gift card for a store through awardco, I didn't receive the gift card and heard nothing for 20 days. After this time passed, awardco support messaged saying that the company who I got the card with was no longer doing awardco cards.

Literally ppl can order McDonalds and I find that hilarious, but yet we have show and have proof of purchase for other "wellness items". Ordering what you want and doing the refund option is the best, in my opinion.
