RadixWeb ONprintshop' Support team, whilst generally prompt and extremely helpful, can be quite robotic, stiff and formulaic in their responses (it's always hyper professional though!), and like most NW Indian business culture I've worked with, they'll never tell you when something is / has gone wrong, and will only ever distract and divert one's attention to say that something is fixed once it is.

It’s dependable, the fulfillment times are reasonable, and I like knowing my customers are getting a quality product. If they streamlined a few of the navigation steps and improved communication from support, it would be close to perfect.

I think there's a bit of a lack of transparency about pricing for digitizing files, and that really cuts into my profits.
