"all or none and we will only change it if we get enough likes from everyone is not effective, system slowness, non-stop high priority fixes, constant config remapping following every fix, variables that are archived and yet still continue to cause issues, lack of customer service knowledge when calling in for assistance, shouldn't have to literally train the rep on your software and the list goes on."
