About Cacheflow

Cacheflow is a deal-closing platform that automates quotes to close. It allows businesses to create quotes, including usage-based pricing. Users can develop strategies and projections with insights and transparency into the customer journey, and close deals with Cacheflow's self-service checkout.

Cacheflow is a no-code solution that includes the functions of a CRM, CPQ, and billing platform all in one. Integrating with the existing tech stack, Cacheflow eliminates manual work for RevOps, sales, legal, and compliance teams. It was a little early when we started using CF but the development cycle has been fast and we are seeing more and more usable features every day

Pros:

It was very easy to set up Cacheflow with enough customization options. The ready-made template provided for building the proposal helped us a lot by reducing the amount of time AEs spent on sales proposals. Another benefit is visibility on where the proposal is in the sales cycle. Users can work on reference proposals for initial sales calls, and once the deal is in the advanced stages, you get know through notifications if the prospect viewed the proposal or if it has been signed or not. Built-in e-signature also helps a lot to reduce the overall time taken to get the deal signed. Overall I felt it is very easy to use the tool even for new team members.

Cons:

Overall we never faced a major issue or outage with Cascheflow. It solves the needs of SMB organizations

Pros:

Product is rapidly growing and they are ready to customise as per our needs. Really like their support. Whenever we run into any issues, we can just initiate a chat on Slack and their team is available to assist us.

Cons:

Since the product is new, I believe it will take some time to mature their product. Also, Support is only available in US shift.

Great proposal software for our scaling business

Cacheflow is an easy-to-use proposal software that has enabled our sales team to create their own proposals, cutting out manual processes. The platform syncs well with Salesforce and still allows us to do reporting from Salesforce (one of our requirements). Implementation was easy and the team was very hands-on. In addition, the customer success team is extremely responsive whenever they are tapped for help.

Cons:

Overall, Cacheflow is a great tool. The only problems we've had have been limited functionality regarding having a specific end date vs. a start date and contract length. Although, the team has fixed this and will be releasing a new version of Cacheflow to support this and other features that will make it even more useful to our sales team.

Pros:

I used to manually handle invoicing, renewals, and contract processes. Cacheflow has automated these tasks, freeing up time for more valuable projects. It has also improved our quoting processes, providing confidence to both Finance and Sales leadership. The platform is now essential for managing our quotes, invoicing, and billing. Cacheflow's customer service team made the implementation seamless. I highly recommend Cacheflow to any Finance or Sales team looking to streamline processes and save time.

Cons:

I think Cacheflow's pretty awesome, but I'd love to check out their product roadmap and have more flexibility in changing the contract terms. It would also be great if they could integrate with tools like Slack. And of course, they could work on making their platform faster and more reliable.
