Dubb vs Sendspark: Which is best for you?

My personal favorite features are the presets and customizations that are available.

So I never actually used the service for like 7 months of the year which was fine because I paid for it. But What I didnt like was the auto renew was turned on and when I Noticed the day after they auto charged me for a full year I emailed them saying hey I never saw an option to turn off the auto renew please cancel my subscription they said no we dont do refunds.

Also, sometimes the desktop app is a bit glitchy on Mac. But otherwise awesome

I've had a handful of issues where sendspark didn't record the video and asked me to retry it which it never does.
