Nymblr is going to be a disrupter in the Data space!

It has been a great experience thus far. The UI, the ease of use, and the data quality are all top-notch. Also, some great improvements and product updates are on the horizon. Highly recommend it if you are a Founder, or even a mid-market, Enterprise business looking for a fresh data provider! Nymblr will be a disruption to the market

Pros:

I love the various ways to enrich data. I can search by email address, phone #, company website, or by Linkedin profile. Having options make it easy to find the right data no matter what piece of Info I have to start.

Cons:

Lack of integrations but.. it is fresh to the market and many are in the works & on the horizon. They will come in due time.

Data Quality and Value- Nymblr is the Best I Have Found

This is my go to tool for lead development. I have tried many platforms, and have been disappointed. This tool is simple, delivers incredible data, and is very affordable. Don't change a thing.

Pros:

Nymblr has a massive data set to search against, so search results are robust. Nymblr also verifies 100% of the data, so I have confidence that my outreach campaigns are going to the right people. Also, the platform is very well laid out and is simple to use. I am not a fan of platforms that are complicated to too full of options. I want simplicity and ease of use to find the best data possible for the ICP's I am developing.

Cons:

The Nymblr platform is the best I have used. I am confident they will add features to support their core value proposition.

Reasons for switching to Nimbler

Quality of data is essential. It does no good to have outdated data. Whether the outreach is email, phone, or Linkedin, the data has to be right. Bad data is a complete waste of time.

Want to give a high rating but their communication is non-existant

I can tell NYMBLR would be a great tool for my agency, but I can't even get support to contact me back. What is the point of having a live chat if no one responds to you in the first place? The software is buggy, which is fine as I'm sure they will update over time, but the biggest red flag is not getting support to respond after I've spent a good amount of money on export credits that don't even export.

Love the price, I can tell the software is almost there. There are tons of contacts that could be of great use but the bugs just make it too much to deal with.

Cons:

No support communication at all! There are SO MANY BUGS in this software it's ridiculous. For example, you cannot add leads to a list, even though a notification pops up saying the leads were added. Additionally, when I go to export leads I constantly get a notification saying the endpoint timed out. I have mentioned this to support and not heard one word from them, which is the biggest con of all. If support was available to assist then I wouldn't leave this review, but after paying for a higher tier of export credits, not even being able to export at all and not getting support with it makes me super disappointed and thus is why I'm leaving this review.

Pros:

The most important feature with this tool is the accuracy of the data. That's why it stands out. In my role this is incredibly important as it can make or break my business. I've run some comparison tests against some of the biggest names and this came out on top in a number of different catagories.

Cons:

Its missing some of the bells and whistles but based on the accuracy of the data which is the most important feature, I'm not sure those other things are even worth it.

Easy to use & lots of good data

When I first signed up, I had a couple of support needs. The internal messaging tool allowed me to reach out to the team and get a quick and very helpful response. It was a very good first impression, and my one other interaction with their team was equally as thorough in the detail they provided for the question I asked.

Pros:

The navigation and layout of the tool is very straightforward and intuitive. It is easy to find my way around and access all of the areas of the platform that I need to conduct my searches. I particularly like the fact that it includes the ability to search by SIC code, which other tools I've used don't include.

Cons:

One of the reasons I purchased Nymblr was to use the data enrichment capability. Like the rest of the platform, it's easy to use. However, other tools have used allow me to enriched data in bulk. This platform requires that I do one enrichment search at a time. Based on the flow of my current projects, the one at a time manual approach isn't a problem. However if I have larger data sets I'm looking to enrich this process can be tedious and time-consuming. I hope they will be able to develop a bulk enrichment option.

Great data quality at a very competitive price + clean and fast UI and API access allowed our team to quickly onboard our team and connect Nymblr to our system.

Cons:

The only hiccup we had was a bit outdated API documentation, but that was quickly updated by the Nymblr team.

A must product to review and use.

NYMBLR has opened doors for the organization to increase its database and opportunities with current information. It has decreased the time in going to a number of places to find the contact information.
