"Having previously used a CRM which was not built for Projects (highly frustrating), and a CRM which was built for Projects and totally customisable for your company (as in, every single thing needed to be set up from scratch before the system was even usable - ie difficult, lots of work, frustrating and inefficient unless you had a dedicated staff member working on it 5 days a week), Property Shell is an absolute dream compared to those!"
