useArtemis a lead generation tool. It allows you to completely automate your cold outreach with emailing and LinkedIn, and also helps you to find anybody's email and phone numbers.

You can find prospects with our built-in prospecting platform, use our Chrome extension that allows you to reveal contact details while browsing LinkedIn, and also allows you to export Linkedin search results. This last functionality is really helpful if you can't find what you are searching for with the prospecting platform. Export a Linkedin Search result allows you to perform a search on Linkedin and then export & enrich this list on useArtemis. On average we find 9 out of 10 lead's contact details. To achieve such results we are using our own database and also data from third-party services such as Hunter, Dropcontact, Apollo and Snovio.

UseArtemis also offers powerful outreach automation tools such as a Linkedin Bot and a Cold email outreach tool.

The Linkedin Bot allows you to visit profiles, send messages, invite and more to a targeted list of prospects.

The cold email outreach tool allows sending emails to a list of prospects.

Pros:

There isn’t much to say positively about it, from the moment your customer service is poor, it is a negative experience to me. That’s to me more important than the features because even if you have amazing features, if there’s no support when there’s an issue, then you can’t use the feature correctly.

Cons:

I haven’t actively used the platform from my own account because I first tried it using my friend’s account, but it was full of bugs. I believed I had canceled my trial, but unfortunately, it continued without my realizing it. I only became aware of this after seeing the charges on my bank statement and attempted to reach out to customer support, but I’ve received no response. As a result, I’m now forced to resort to public platforms to try and get in touch with them, since they’re not responding via email or their chatbot. It’s unfortunate, as I would have preferred not to publicly call out their platform for its poor performance and customer service.

My Early useArtemis Review...

So far, so good. I mentioned already the areas I didn't like, i.e. the software getting hung up when I tried to move to the next page while prospecting. I wasn't able to add those prospects to my list. I believe they're a somewhat new company, so I think, considering, they're doing pretty well. I'm looking forward to their getting all of their functions in order. Overall good experience though.

I like the ease of use. It's pretty straightforward. Like the results it returns, and pretty fast as well.

Cons:

Wish there were more videos on how to use certain aspects of the platform. I don't like that it seems to get hung up when I have multiple pages returned when I'm using the prospecting tool. I've had the app freeze on me when I'm trying to get past the second page of results. I don't like that:-I don't seem to be able to save my search query results for later to add more to my list.-I dont seem to be able to put in multiple cities, counties, or states when I do my searches.-LinkedIn and Facebook lead generation tool is not available as of the time of this review, but I hope that they're cleared and compliant with LinkedIn and Facebook guidelines for using the tool to generate leads. That can be tricky and put folks accounts in possible violation.Would like more documentation and support around the product that takes in all desired forms of learning and retention: Audio, Visual, Kinesthetic, & Hybrid models.

Target Multiple Niche Professionals & Get Hyper-Focused Results!

I wasn't looking for a solution until I found this on AppSumo, but I knew part of our clients' marketing strategy includes outreach to industry professionals. I stayed away from this for so long until I found this tool, and now it helped me speed up the process of wanting to tackle this. Most are on linked in, or a good amount of people are to give me a segment of success; even 20 or 30 people across the country of opportunity does wonders, and I expect numbers to be multiples of this. Low expectation does a purposeful function and allows me to hyper-focus.

Pros:

Simplicity is essential; a user will not use any software if over-complicated. I find this to be incredibly simple to use, straight to the point, and able to focus on fine-tuning your search. As a marketing agency, this allows us to target specific segments and locations, export this data, and then utilize my messaging systems to monitor and automate the process. Artemis has its integration, but mine was already developed, so I use this solely to create targeted scraping for hyper-focused messaging.

Cons:

I've yet to find anything I dislike yet. The exports are clear, you won't get data on everyone because not everyone shares all their data, so keep this in mind. It's not the software's fault, no glitchiness, have to use chrome and another plug-in, usually the plug-in security is what worries me, but so far, not really an issue.

An awesome tools for SDRs

I am literally using useartemis everyday to build my lead list. Before that i was using zeroin and oh boy what an upgrade.

useArtemis is a terrific lead generation tool with some serious potential. What is liked the most is that they have their own database and the icing on cake is that they also have hunter, apollo, and dropcontact API. So when they can't find the data by themselves they can use the API of established tools. Which pretty much guarantees that you'll get quality leads.

Cons:

Using other tools apis is pretty expensive. Instead of becoming a tool that is really good at one thing they are trying to do everything at once. I'm saying that cause they recently pushed out a cold emailing update. Which is good but i'd rather put my money on a tool that does one thing really well.

Use Artemis? Definetly

I Am satisfied as it fulfills its primary task, that of data enrichment. The huge inbuilt searchable database and the planned, cold email and LinkedIn outreach should be a plus.

Gave high-quality data consistently and the enrichment ratio is high too. Found at least 30-35 business emails out of 50 searched. CSV enrichment, chrome extension, and LinkedIn URL search are all industry-standard features and work quite well.

Cons:

Could not search from Sales Navigator URLs, but that's not a big problem as such as there are easy ways around it, including converting SN URLs to LinkedIn as well as the chrome extension available.

Reasons for switching to useArtemis

It's not exactly a switch but rather you tend to use multiple tools to get the best data. Use Artemis is currently at par with most I use.

Linkedin contact finder not perfect but getting close

Finding contacts from linkedin quickly easy and cheaply is a breeze with this software and I really recommend it to everyone. The software new from a French company which then to a focus on both the European market as well as the U.S. and worldwide market unlike other companies and the database is really really big

- internal database - external database from which the software draws among the best - immediate and lightning fast speed - very nice and intuitive graphical interface is pleasant - good support - continuous evolution and implementation of features and listening to the software user community

Cons:

If I search for certain categories of people and get 5000 results or 10 apples I cannot download them all at once but in steps de 500 at a time this despite the fact that the search gives me those thousands of contacts in a split second. This like others is one of the aspects that it will improve more and more as it is already doing, the other aspect is the new mailing feature that being new probably it doesn't have all the features of more mature email sending products, and it's constantly evolving but that's not a major feature because it's already great what it can do by finding contacts

But what really sets UseArtemis apart is its effectiveness. Since using this software, I have seen a significant increase in the number of leads I generate, and I've been able to close more deals as a result. I love how customizable the software is, allowing me to tailor my emails to each individual recipient and increasing the likelihood of a positive response.

Cons:

the con is sometimes some features won't work for a specific company i would like to target. but broad searching works fine.
