About FileWall

FileWall is a security solution for Microsoft 365 that provides ultimate protection against file-based cyber-attacks for business applications like Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive. It leverages Deep File Analysis (DFA) containing proprietary TrueCDR algorithms to eliminate embedded malware in files, including nested files, archives and password-protected documents, that legacy solutions fail to detect.

FileWall complements Microsoft security products like Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and Microsoft Defender, providing real-time protection against any unknown threat hidden in files from both external and internal sources.

FileWall integrates with Microsoft 365 and provides protection against the growing threat of file-based attacks.

Pros:

FileWall providers enterprise grade protection all within a few clicks to install. It allow us to take control of our email security policies and cater to a wide range of use cases while most importantly sanitizing potential threats before they can do harm or cost big. Take the guesswork out, the competitive and simple pricing model is affordable to all. If you need peace of mind for your organization, this App is for you. Highly recommend it.

Would have liked support for other Apps within the Microsoft 365 space because it works amazingly.

Pros:

FileWall helped us to resolve our email security issues. Although we used many security tools before but File Wall beats them all, its the best to provide the required security to protect your business save your budget. The tool was able to achieve the highest level of satisfaction for both the IT employees and the company’s employees

Cons:

nothing the File Wall for Exchange Online is the best on everything

A Great tool To secure you users Mailboxes

The Service has proven that working as expected, as it filters the attached files in emails according to the policies that you generate and at the same time the reporting and statistics is a great tool to have a general visibility about what is going on.

Pros:

The effectiveness of the service to filter unauthorized files attached in emails and scanning authorized files for any malicious codes or suspicious content before reaching the users mailboxes.

Cons:

When creating new Policies there should be a notification message that will inform the user to save his changes before leaving the interface.

FileWall - Simply one of the best email security apps

Email security has always been an issue but an upward trend has shown the increase in attacks like phishing and having a product that blocks known attachments like .exe or macros means the end user does not end up opening something they shouldn't have and create an organization wide issue. The key is keeping everyone safe.

To simply add in keywords to a policy that you create to have it block the emails immediately shows a product that works from step 1.

Cons:

I don't have anything bad to say about the product. It does exactly what they say.

Pros:

The product is easy to implement and administrate. The interface is very user friendly and even a person without any experience in the mail security will understand and will be able to use it. When a new policy is created it is immediately replicated, there is no a long propagation period.

Cons:

For this price and the features that are available I do not think there are any cons.

FileWall is less expensive and can do things tha the ATP cannot.

Unique Product on the Market

Most important role of the Filewall is not to block every attachment that is sent to our clients, but to check and eliminate malicious part of the attachment itself and to provide the client with the rest of that attachment. Complete user experience is very satisfying from the first step. Creating policies/rules are intuitive with cloud portal and administrators have opportunity to granular filters. Every M365 Administrator will be grateful to have Filewall in his Exchange Online environment.

Pros:

Filewall is one of the simplest solutions to use with highest technology in the background. Acquiring and configuring of Filewall is very simple, price of $1 per user per month is more than affordable and there is a discount for annual subscription.

Cons:

I have no objections on FileWall, it is complete product but improvements are always possible.

Pros:

Filewall is the best product that I come across for Office 365. User friendly interface & multiple features to enhance the security of Office 365 tenant. I am impressed by the word "Sanitization" in Scanning email. I will definitely recommend this to my Office 365 admin colleagues for their organisation

Pros:

My experience with Odix's FileWall dashboard was straight forward and I loved it. Its malware prevention and file sanitization engine is one of a kind and I'm looking forward to advise it to my customers.

Cons:

I would love to see its reporting sent by email.
