Pros:

I found it to be a user-friendly app, with a sleek, modern interface that made it easy to navigate. Setting up the app was a breeze - all I had to do was link it to my Google Drive account and select the files I wanted to display on my signage. The app supports a wide range of file formats, including images, videos, and Google Slides presentations, which makes it very versatile. Additionally, the app allows me to schedule my content in advance, which is very convenient.

Cons:

While I was able to customise the content to a certain extent, I felt like there could have been more features to choose from.

Easy to setup content template for the signage design and setup it to display the content based on the time that I has set. Minimalist and modern dashboard design keep the software sleek and easy to navigate. Can read presentation file format, unlike previous software that we use.

Cons:

Need to follow the content template for it to successfully displaying the signage. Lacks of customization with the template, thus limits the creativity.

It serves its purpose We have many screens in the office to display our content. Also, it is a one-time payment which is great.

It is very cost effective tools for managing remote cloud signage. One-off payment and no repetitive monthly subscription payment is needed. Easy access to the Google Drive to configuring the digital signage, quick upload speed and strong security with the content storage protection. Auto-updating content that changing the display content for every hour.

Cons:

No offline operation. It need internet connection to display the content and the display will get interruption if the internet connection is missing. It would be very helpful if offline operation is supported and can keep displaying the last content repeatedly on the screen until the internet connection is restored.

The integration between Google Drive with this software is smooth and content uploading is rarely has issue with connection interruption that require reupload. Simple dashboard interface that permit for self-learning and discovering full potential of this software. Auto-update for content display is critical and helpful to always displaying the latest information on the screen.

Cons:

Not all multimedia format is supported and I need to test each format to know which isn't supported. Other than that, the display relies on internet connection to be working, and any slight interruption with the internet connection will have effect on the display.

One controller to control, manage and display digital signage on several location is easy and able to get finest display quality using this platform. All the setting and content storage is stored securely on Google Drive. Remote operation and cloud storage has make it easy for me to access to the platform from anywhere and not restricted only on work device.

Cons:

No bad experience that I remember about using this software. It has helped me to automating digital display, content rotation and content swap and able to remotely manage and monitor all the operation.

Pros:

Flexibility in storing and operating the cloud signage from integration with Google Drive is what make it unique and easy to use. No restriction with display template, various customization option available for custom screen size and optimization option to ensure the display can fit with any screen size. Content automatic changes makes sure the display always showing fresh content and update it with the newest display que.

Cons:

Some of the template size that they recommend isn't suitable with the screen size . I still need to try and error to find the best template that can fit the screen perfectly when uploading a new content. It wasn't so much nuisance, but would very helpful if they can fix it.

Simplest way to setup a platform to manage digital signage that use a cloud storage by Google Drive to store all the digital signage file content. It is really easy to use and and need no training session to get familiar with all the features capabilities. Uploading new content on the storage is quick and has no issues with compatibility.

Cons:

Not many customization can be edit with the display template. I want to use modern design for the display, but can't use it because some of the multimedia format is not supported.
