"The route optimization between neighboring locations is not very accurate, which creates extra work on my end. When I’m managing dense delivery routes with many stops close together, the system often sequences them out of order or sends drivers back and forth across the same areas."
"It often takes me 15–30 minutes to manually adjust a 160-location route because I don’t like my drivers going in circles."
